Walk and Talk Inspection

This is not an extensive home inspection.  The appointment time usually averages an hour or less focused on any visible major problems or showstoppers. Walk & Talks are a time saving, low-cost option when a full home inspection is not possible. Due to extremely limited time and nature of the consultation, these evaluations do not include a written report, so it is good for you and your Realtor to bring a notebook to write down any findings. This will allow you both to discuss your options, with at least a basic understanding of the home you will consider purchasing.
